**What if something arrives damaged or I have an issue?**

Contact us ProtectYOURshelves@gmail.com within 10 days and we'll make it right.

**Who makes these?**

Combat veterans, by hand, in the USA. Every piece is hand-charred and finished with three coats of polyurethane.

**What else can I store in it?**

Anything you want hidden and secure — important documents, cash, jewelry — not just firearms. The foam is fully customizable.

**Can guests tell it's a safe?**

No — that's the whole point. It looks like a handcrafted flag or art piece on your wall. Nothing about it says gun storage.

**How long until my order ships?**

Everything is made to order by hand. Build time is about a week before it ships. Holiday Shipping could be longer.

**What's the difference between Slide-Up and Flip-Up?**

Slide-Up lifts vertically like a garage door — needs overhead clearance. Flip-Up swings out and up on hydraulic shocks — better for rooms with low ceilings. Large size offers both; Medium is Flip-Up only.

**How does the biometric lock work?**

Scan your enrolled finger and the compartment releases. On the Slide-Up, the flag locks in the open position so you've got both hands free. On the Flip-Up, hydraulic shocks lift and hold it open

**Is it safe around kids?**

That's what the biometric lock is for — only enrolled fingerprints open it, so curious hands stay out. It's a serious barrier, not a replacement for teaching firearm safety.

**How does it mount?**

Every unit is built to mount directly to your wall studs at 16" on-center, so it hangs rock-solid. No wobble, no worries.

**Will my firearm fit?**

Almost certainly. Interiors run from 13.5" x 9" (Small) up to 39" x 20" (Large), and every unit ships with 2.25" Kaizen foam you cut to fit your exact setup — handguns, spare mags, documents, whatever you need secured.

**Is concealment furniture legal to own?**

Yes. It's furniture and wall decor with a hidden compartment — legal to own everywhere in the US. Firearm storage laws vary by state though, so check your local regulations and always store responsibly.

Concealment cross comes with magnetic lock devices that require a magnet key which is included. 43.5” tall by 34” wide. Middle shotgun compartment is 42” x 6.5” inside dimensions. Each of the left and right compartments are 13.5” x 6”. All compartments have a depth of 3.5” with 2.25” kaizen foam included. Kaizen foam is stiff enough to support firearms and are customized to fit your individual firearms.

Cool idea and design, poor execution on fit and finish.
The main door was opposite opening orientation than listing picture and the side door would not fully close.
Seller stated it was a simple adjustment for side door and to flip main door. Neither were simple! Side door required shaving wood from the main box due to hinge placement causing clearance issues and not sitting flush.
I flipped the main door, which required drilling all new holes for the bracket and latch screws.
Now there were clearance issues with the main door and side doors, so I had to drill all new holes for the both side doors brackets screws. Now the side door latches weren't lining up and causing clearance issues. After over an hour of modifying, it finally looks like the listed picture and all doors close. Seller offered return, but product is nowfixed

I purchased this cross for my husbands birthday but it’s not for another few months. I wanted to make sure there was plenty of time to make it and ship it to me so I sent an email to the owner with several questions. He was so kind and responded right away answering everything. I received it very quickly, I think less than 2 weeks, and the packaging is perfect! I have opened it to see what it looks like and it is beautiful! I can’t wait to give it to my husband, he is going to love it! I’m already thinking of my next purchase!
